Privacy Policy

CHEK is a smart spending and AI-assisted expense management application. This Privacy Policy explains what information CHEK processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to users.
1. Information we process
- Account information: email address, display name, language, country, currency preferences and authentication/session data.
- Expense and app content: spending records, categories, notes, receipts or other information a user chooses to enter or upload.
- AI requests: text or structured information submitted to AI features when a user chooses to use those features.
- Technical information: app version, device-related information needed for security, diagnostics, notifications and reliable operation.
- Subscription information: Google Play product, purchase status and a cryptographic hash of the purchase token. CHEK does not store full payment-card details.
2. Why we process information
We process information to create and secure accounts, provide expense-management and AI functionality, synchronize user data, verify subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide customer support and improve reliability.
3. Service providers
CHEK may use service providers only as needed to operate the service, including cloud hosting, email delivery, Google Play Billing and AI processing providers. Information sent to a provider is limited to what is necessary for the relevant feature.
4. AI processing
When a user activates an AI feature, the information required for that request may be sent to an AI service provider for processing. Users should avoid submitting information they do not want processed by an AI service.
5. Data retention and security
CHEK uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Data is retained while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, fraud-prevention and service-operation purposes. Data that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
6. Account and data deletion
Users can request deletion of their CHEK account and associated personal data. Instructions are available at Account deletion. Subscription cancellation is managed separately through Google Play.
7. Children
CHEK is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law for independently using the service.
8. International users
CHEK is intended for users in multiple countries. Information may be processed in countries where CHEK or its service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as CHEK changes. The current version and effective date will always be published on this page.

Ми обробляємо дані облікового запису, введені користувачем витрати та контент, технічні дані, необхідні для роботи й безпеки, а також інформацію про статус підписки Google Play. Повні реквізити банківських карток CHEK не зберігає.
Дані використовуються для роботи облікового запису, синхронізації, AI-функцій, перевірки підписки, безпеки та підтримки. Під час використання AI-функцій необхідні для запиту дані можуть передаватися постачальнику AI-сервісу.
