Delete your CHEK account
CHEK users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
Option 1 — inside the CHEK app
- Open CHEK and sign in.
- Open Profile / Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Option 2 — email request
If you cannot access the app, email chek.android.app@gmail.com from the email address associated with your CHEK account and request account deletion.
What is deleted
CHEK will delete or de-identify account profile information and user-linked application data that is not required to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting obligations. Active Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Google Play; deleting a CHEK account does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription.
Verification and timing
We may verify that the requester controls the account before deletion. Requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible and within applicable legal time limits.

Користувач може видалити обліковий запис у застосунку через Профіль / Обліковий запис → Видалити обліковий запис. Якщо доступу до застосунку немає, надішліть запит із адреси, прив'язаної до CHEK, на chek.android.app@gmail.com.
Підписка Google Play керується окремо в Google Play і не скасовується автоматично внаслідок видалення облікового запису CHEK.
